Allison is an accomplished civil trial attorney, who for the past 17 years has represented individuals in complex personal injury matters including catastrophic accidents, medical mistakes, pharmaceutical errors and dangerous pharmaceutical products and medical devices.

Allison’s practice of law has also concentrated in the areas of professional liability, which includes both medical and legal malpractice matters. She also has considerable experience in product and pharmaceutical liability matters. Ms. Long was involved in the litigation against the manufacturers of various pharmaceuticals, including Fen-Phen and Vioxx. Allison also handles motor vehicle accidents, SEPTA accidents and slip and fall matters.

Attorney Credentials

Allison received her juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University in 1990.

Allison is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has litigated cases in Courts of Common Pleas throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as well as in the Eastern and Middle District Courts of Pennsylvania.

Over the years she has held memberships with many legal organizations including the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
