Michael Lalli, Attorney at Law

Michael Lalli concentrates his practice on complex class action litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, toxic torts, antitrust matters and consumer protection litigation.
Attorney Background
Mr. Lalli is from Bucks County, Pennsylvania and attended Temple University. As a member of the University Honors Program, he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003 majoring in History and American Studies. He then enrolled in Temple University Beasley School of Law where Mr. Lalli participated in one of the nation's foremost Trial Advocacy Programs. He graduated in 2006.
Prior to graduating from law school, Mr. Lalli began his career as a law clerk at Silverman & Fodera, P.C. where he provided assistance to a number of departments, including personal injury, medical malpractice and pharmaceutical litigation. Upon graduation, he accepted an attorney position at Silverman & Fodera, and then in early 2011 became one of the founding members of Fodera, Long & Lalli.
While having first and second chair trial experience in medical malpractice and personal injury cases, Mr. Lalli’s practice is focused on class action, pharmaceutical litigation, medical device litigation and consumer protection litigation.
Michael volunteers as a coach for his alma mater’s mock trial team which participates in the PA Bar Association Young Lawyers Division High School Mock Trial Competition each year.

Michael Lalli is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York. He is also admitted to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and Third Circuit Court of Appeals
